A leading digital e-commerce agency wanted to generate new business in the retail sector. They created a high-value piece of thought leadership designed to act as a lead generator and a reason to talk to new prospects. The problem was, after an initial burst of downloads the report lost momentum.


I worked with the agency to showcase their report to spot on industry contacts via a LinkedIn advertising campaign. With a modest budget, clever creative and niche targeting we were able to breathe life into their report.

The campaign lasted two weeks and utilised a variety of ad formats and LinkedIn native lead generation forms. I tested ad copy and creative and continuously refined the target audience to ensure the campaign continued to perform with impact.

This paid LinkedIn campaign resulted in leads from Primark and Selfridges, exactly the sort of retail businesses this digital e-commerce agency wanted to reach.
