They realised there was a gap in their services, I worked with the team to shape an enhanced offer to include marketing components which could be added to create more value to clients.

It was great working with Claire to extend our business development offer to clients. She worked hard to understand the business and fitted in well with our internal team, supporting them to execute paid LinkedIn campaigns for our clients in a more effective way. She brought her experience in supporting agencies with multi-touchpoint campaigns to ensure we were better able to shape and articulate our new offer.

Over ten weeks, I consulted on how the new offer could sit within their current capabilities and helped up-skill existing staff members while also making recommendations on where the agency could invest in new talent.

I crafted a positioning document to help sell the new offer both internally and externally but backed this up with useful templates, plans and schedules to allow the internal teams to execute once they were ready to launch.

To amplify Propeller Group’s sponsorship of a virtual trade event where they were launching the new initiative, I created blogs, social content and targeted email campaigns. Plus, to show the team how these new techniques could work in practice I also supported across a number of live client briefs.

The campaign lasted two weeks and utilised a variety of ad formats and LinkedIn native lead generation forms. I tested ad copy and creative and continuously refined the target audience to ensure the campaign continued to perform with impact.

This paid LinkedIn campaign resulted in leads from Primark and Selfridges, exactly the sort of retail businesses this digital e-commerce agency wanted to reach.
